Membership Outreach Manager

Jessalyn began working for the Task Force in April 2010. After taking a year off to teach English in a local high school, she returned to the organization in June of 2011. She has been engaged in environmental and social advocacy in various capacities since the age of five. As Membership Outreach Manager, Jessalyn works closely with the Membership Outreach Team and other staff to lead a successful fundraising team, and to further the Task Force ‘s achievements in its many undertakings. Jessalyn holds a BA in French Literature from Reed College, and enjoys playing music and studying languages.

Paul Seif

Membership Outreach Representative

    Paul Seif has worked for GPTF since 2009 and has six years experience working in membership and fundraising for area non-profits. Paul also volunteers for three area non-profits serving as a consultant in fundraising and membership: including the YWCA, Q Center and HomePDX. He is also a student at Marylhurst University in preparing for seminary and hopes to someday be a Presbyterian minister. Paul lives in the Arnada neighborhood in Vancouver WA with his wife and two kids.

    Justin Virnig

      Justin Virnig joined the Task Force in August of 2012, bringing with him an almost 10 year history of grassroots activism and fundraising (including canvassing, phone-banking, and volunteer management), and a recently obtained degree in Political Science from Western Oregon University. His most notable experiences include interning under Bill Bradbury during his 2009 gubernatorial run, and serving as Campaign Manager for the Committee To Elect Rich Harisay in House District 17 in 2010. He resides in the West Slope district of Portland with his partner of 8 years.
