Bob recently served as president of Stinger Consulting, a public affairs/public relations and communications consultancy based in Vancouver, Washington. Preceding that, Bob served as the SW Washington regional director for US Senator Maria Cantwell. Bob’s previous career included twenty years as a senior executive in the telecommunications industry and co-founder/co-owner of SandHill Winery and Red Mountain Vineyards.

Lisa Moscinski

Lisa joined the Task Force in March of 2006 as the program assistant for the Task Force’s regional restoration program. She now manages the Task Force’s restoration program and plays an integral role in collaborative work and restoration on the GPNF. Lisa is thrilled to see the hard work of years of planning projects come to fruition with on the ground restoration work such as road removal near the Goat Rocks Wilderness area.

Jessica Schafer
Conservation Director

Jessica Schafer joined the GP Task Force in 2008 after earning a law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School. While working towards her law degree Jessica was fortunate enough to work with several non-profit environmental law firms and organizations located in Portland including CRAG, the Northwest Environmental Defense Center, and the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Clinic. With these organizations, she worked on various environmental issues including Oregon land use, water rights, forest issues, and protecting threatened and endangered species using the Endangered Species Act.

Derek Meinhard

Derek joined the Gifford Pinchot Task Force in 2008, initially managing our Membership Outreach Team and then adding all other membership activities to his responsibilities. After over four years of successful fundraising, Derek assumed the Operations Director role, focusing on a wide range of organizational support activities including IT, website, database and facilities management.

Jill Campbell

Jill joined the Gifford Pinchot Task Force in September 2012 after being the Director of Operations for The Arc of Southwest Washington. She is a Red Coat Chamber Ambassador for the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the Leadership Clark County class of 2012. Born and raised in Vancouver, Jill started out working for The Columbian at age 11 until getting married and having her kids Megan and Connor. When not working at the GP Task Force, Jill enjoys hiking, scuba diving and spending time with friends and family.
