Get Involved

We need your help to protect and restore the Northwest's forests, rivers, fish, and wildlife. You can visit the sections below to get a better idea of how you can get involved, educate yourself, and take action.

Become a Member

The Gifford Pinchot Task Force depends on individual supporters, foundations and local businesses to help us protect old-growth forests and assist local communities in building an economically sustainable future through proactive forest restoration.

Take Action

Do you want to protect our forests, rivers, fish, and wildlife?

Would you like to let your government policy makers and leaders know what YOUR opinion is?

Check back here often for links to our easy to use email postcards which allow you to send comments directly to the decision makers that control what happens on our public lands.

Events

Would you like to get out of the house and become better informed?  Looking for an opportunity to meet like-minded people and learn how you can take action?  Check our events page for upcoming opportunities.

Volunteer

Volunteers make it all happen. Without them the Task Force wouldn't be able to get nearly as much done as we do. We depend on volunteers for everything from administrative work to timber sale monitoring, carnivore tracking, and invasive weed identification. CLICK HERE to check out our volunteer section.

Outings

Do you want to take educational timber sale hikes? How about visiting a recently removed road? Do restored watersheds sound interesting?  This is the section for you. To find out more about our outings, CLICK HERE.  To volunteer as a leader, CLICK HERE.

Email Updates

Another great way to keep up with ways you can get involved is to sign-up to receive our email updates.  Click here to register.
